Responsibilities
Bill Carpitella is Executive Vice President, at Eidco Construction. He is responsible for the optimization of all executed commercial projects nationally , strategic business planning, organizational development, stakeholder satisfaction, growth strategies, process re-engineering, cultural transformation, and recruiting and retention of extraordinary talent.
Experience
Mr. Carpitella has over 30 years experience in executive level positions in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Eidco, he held the role of General Manager for the 12th largest real estate broker in the US, leading 16 offices and over 600 real estate agents and employees.
Mr. Carpitella was also formerly the CEO of the largest full service national real estate business-consulting firm in the US serving national, regional and local residential and commercial builders.
Other key roles for Mr. Carpitella included; Senior Vice President of Organizational Development and Process at K. Hovnanian Enterprises in Red Bank, NJ and VP, Human Resources, Pulte Homes in Detroit, Michigan, two of the top national homebuilders in the country.
