Vice President of Construction

Responsibilities

Bradley Peterson is Vice President of Construction with Eidco Construction. He is responsible for managing pre-construction services and construction services. Accountable for the quality and quantity of all construction projects and leading the planning and deployment of all construction professionals, assuring consistency of approach and best construction practices.

Experience

Mr. Peterson has over 15 years experience working on the project management side of commercial construction, with experience in a variety of project types including office development, tenant improvement, mixed-use, warehouse, manufacturing, institutional, retail, and healthcare. Prior to joining Eidco, Mr. Peterson served as Vice President of Commercial Construction at Phoenix Construction Consultants, where he successfully managed various office development, tenant improvement, institutional, and retail projects.

Mr. Peterson has managed more than 1,000,000 square feet of office development, including a 45,000-square-foot, build-to-suite, LEED Gold office building, as well as tenant improvement projects totaling over $234 million. His experience in the area of warehouse and manufacturing includes various food processing, cooler/freezer, and distribution facilities. His experience in retail includes projects for Costco, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Circuit City, totaling more than 2,285,000 square feet.

Education

Mr. Peterson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is also certified as LEED AP by the U.S. Green Building Council.
