Responsibilities
Chez Eider is the President, CEO and Founder of Eidco Construction. Mr. Eider founded Eidco on the premise that construction projects should be viewed from a unique perspective that ensures each project is completed with strong value-engineering practices and quality construction services. Eidco offers efficient, cost-effective deliverables to clients on schedule. Mr. Eider oversees the growing team of professionals he has assembled at Eidco Construction.
While working on Wall Street as a registered investment representative, Mr. Eider developed the ability to successfully manage and lead a business through a tough economic environment. In addition, Mr. Eider has gained experience in the marketing field where he successfully developed, launched and marketed a consumer brand to a niche retail market. By utilizing these skills and his philosophy in leadership, Eidco is one of the fastest growing commercial constructions firms in the US.
Mr. Eider also acts as CEO of The Eidco Group.
Experience
Mr. Eider is a seasoned professional with experience in both commercial and residential construction. Prior to founding Eidco, he acted as Senior Project & Construction Manager for Somerset Development. One of the original members of the Somerset team, Mr. Eider grew with the company and oversaw all aspects of construction; from project planning, bidding, contract negotiations, purchasing, management of site improvements and residential & commercial construction, through closing and beyond.
Education
Mr. Eider holds a Bachelor's degree in Talmudic Ethics degree from Lev Aryeh in Jerusalem, Israel
