CHICAGO, IL (May 10, 2012) – Eidco Construction, one of the fastest growing commercial general contractors in the United States, today announced that it is in the process of renovating The Parkshore Estates Nursing & Rehabilitation facility in Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood.

The 2,500-square-foot assignment involves improvements to the physical therapy room, reception area/lobby as well as an elevator lobby in addition to redesigning the elevators. The entire renovation is expected to take approximately nine weeks.

The Eidco team members on the project include designers from Uchida-Kolacz Design led by Piotr Kolacz and Hiroki Uchida, Senior Project Manager Ed Bogacki, Senior Construction Manager Kevin O'Leary and in-house architect Ryan Wirth.

Chez Eider, CEO of Eidco Construction, pointed out that the company makes a concerted effort to select design teams to match specific projects.

"This work truly raises the bar of the entire facility, which is located in a great neighborhood near the University of Chicago," said Eider. "The designers had the right sensibility and unique skill set needed for this particular project and our team has been able to implement their vision and will improve the day-to-day operations for Parkshore's staff and residents."
