This project included Exterior restoration of the concrete foundation with the repairs of the integrity of the structural concrete and caulking of the below grade window systems, to correct water infiltration into the building. Upon completion of exterior repairs and verification, interior repairs inclusive of drywall, deteriorated framing and mechanical components were remedied. Additionally, replaced 2 deteriorated hollow metal exterior doors, hardware, and finished painted.

Ejector Pump System Upgrade

This project included the value engineering of an existing ejector pump system, that had been improperly maintained with substandard undersized replacement pump units. Through providing the pump manufacturer the existing conditions of system design, plumbing fixture counts, and power phasing of system, pumps were sized and recommended for the most efficient operation and application. Project was completed with the installation of TWO, 3HP, 3 PHASE, Grinder pumps, to provide the facility with low maintenance system. Additional recommendations were made to the facility, to further insure proper operations of system.

This project included the replacement of 28 existing doors with fire rated 2 hour doors and frames. Existing doors were in masonry openings and required full removal of doors, frames and hardware. Installation was completed with the full installation of the frames, doors, hardware and finish painting. Additional repairs of adjacent walls with patching and painting rounded out the final completion.

The DDC control system included a custom graphics package which identified each piece of equipment and its location in the building to help simplify tcolhe use of the system as well as offer a premium example of what can be done with DDC control systems which ATP used as examples in their technical manuals and training videos for the various unions and trade schools.

Assisted in developing safety plans to ensure that all field work is being performed in a safe manner and in compliance with safety plans. Coordinated on site activities with client and subcontractors. Negotiated contracts with GC, developed budgets and compiled cost estimations Prepare and manage budgets and financial reporting as appropriate. Review financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, to implement cost savings measures, and to make positive contributions to the companyʼs overall profitability. Directed weekly meetings to track changes, issues, change orders and administer PCOʼs, ECOʼs, etc…Interacted with buyers and represented the developer during walk throughs.
